Because it is clean and honestly it's very open out here everyone is mostly friendly and there's no bugs it's the nicest motel I been in upstate. It's also a calm area and there is another motel and hotel is your don't have a vehicle there are stores walking distance, laundry mat too and gas stations one in 24/7 which is awesome.
Went upstate to see Howe Caverns and afterwards to the kaaterkills falls. We decided instead of going home, to go to the house of FDR and the Vanderbilt in Hyde Park on Sunday, so we needed a place to stay. After looking through the internet, we found a few, but I'm not paying hundreds of dollars for a room. So we found this hotel, septic at first, so we ask if we can see the rooms prior to booking. At our surprise, these rooms where just renovated. 50" TV, not even Hilton has that. Yeah the mattress could be a bit better, but I had a very good night sleep and the mopeople running it, are very nice and helpful. There is still work to do in the rooms and we can help to keep them clean for other visitors to enjoy. I'll be back
This motel was nice. Very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Everything worked well, no technical issues. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in town.
We have stayed in the 9W hotel two times and love it because the owners care about their customers. They are friendly, courteous, and have a very clean hotel. We always look for cleanliness where we stay and the 9W hotel is very accommodating and clean. We recommend this hotel to everyone who expects their beds and rooms to be extremely clean and bug free and the 9W hotel is. We love staying there and we will go back again. I stayed here for a couple weeks till I found an apartment. I had a better stay here than at one of the commercial hotels very clean very clean The people that own it are very nice and good people. Great location.
No extras as far as a breakfast but the room was clean and it served the purpose. Its close to where we needed to be and not overpriced. The owner takes you to your room and shows you where everything is, so all questions answered.
